Meridian Estates (Harlow & Associates) is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected via https://meridianestates.com.

When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Residence interest category
- Message (optional)
- Consent timestamp and date
We also collect technical data automatically when you visit our site (see Section 4 — Cookies).

5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share your data only with the following processors, under Data Processing Agreements:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and serverless infrastructure (US). Data stored within Vercel's managed Postgres database.
- Our CRM platform — your enquiry is forwarded to our internal sales system for follow-up.
- Google LLC — analytics data only, and only with your explicit consent.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
6. Retention Period
Enquiry data is retained for 3 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in accordance with Google Analytics default settings.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior processing)
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@meridianestates.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe we have not handled your data appropriately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK, or the relevant EU DPA).
9. Disclaimer
All property images and renders on this site are artist's impressions only and are subject to change. Floor plans and pricing are indicative. Meridian Estates reserves the right to modify specifications and pricing without prior notice.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
